You have many qualities, but you think its value is not being recognized?
Do you feel insecure when you have to defend a different idea or ask for the salary you deserve? If the answer is yes, this workshop was designed for you!

In general, women were taught to be friendly, to keep everyone happy and to avoid conflict. Despite being very valid and important qualities, they should not prevent women from being assertive and negotiating the appropriate value for each situation.

In this workshop, you will learn to recognize the value of your personal brand, create more visibility with your target group in a coherent and authentic way and negotiate with confidence your proposal or salary. It will be a very practical and interactive workshop, delivered online on the  20th and  27th June.

With this workshop, Manon Rosenboom Alves, a specialist in Personal Branding and Margarida Rodrigues, a specialist in Sales & Negotiation, intend to train businesswomen, managers, entrepreneurs and all people to whom these topics are of interest so that they believe in the value they have and are able to negotiate better and have more professional and personal success.
