WHAT IS IT?A workshop that introduces delegates to the fundamentals of business finance related to the quantification and measurement of the commercial activity within organizations. It is a very accessible and practical workshop, where the topics are covered in a deconstructed, simple and yet very effective way. WHO IT IS FOR?Despite it is very interesting to all functions and levels exposed to business performance within organizations, this workshop is mostly designed to the more commercial functions such as Sales, Marketing and Trade Marketing. It brings real added value and it is accessible to all levels within those functions. It allows a quick understanding of how commercial activity is viewed and financially assessed within organizations and contributes to a higher financial proficiency of those professionals, increasing they confidence while discussing the financials of their business with other counterparts in the organisation.
