Margarida has 25 years of experience in FMCG market, both in retail and industry. With a large experience at multinational environment, she has developed solid expertise in sales and negotiation and strong leadership and coaching competencies.

Was born in Lisbon, and has a Degree in Business Administration.

Margarida started her career in 1989 at Auchan Group. During the 13 years that she was in the group, he performed several functions, the most relevant of which was Senior Category & Buying Manager, where she was where she was accountable for the business plan and sales strategy development, along with both the national and International agreements negotiation with suppliers.

In 2001, she joined PepsiCo, where she was National Account Manager, Trade Marketing Manager and then Sales Director. Margarida was also Sales Training Leader for 4 years.

Coordinates the Post-Graduation in Sales Management at IPAM, where she is also a guest lecturer in Sales and Negotiation.

Since March 2016 , she operates as a Coach and People Development Consultant.
