Comunicar bem, eficazmente e de forma sucinta é cada vez mais uma soft skill diferenciadora e complementar às competências base, académicas ou outras, da generalidade das pessoas. Adicionalmente, a comunicação pública está associada quase sempre a um receio de exposição (medo de falhar) que promove altos níveis de nervosismo. Este programa visa o desenvolvimento de técnicas de apresentação e de autocontrolo de forma a promover uma comunicação clara, bem estruturada e uma eficaz gestão do stress associado à exposição pessoal.
